I am a experienced logistician professional! Hines is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant. He is the Founder and CEO of Hawkeye Logistics Group, LLC. Served 20 years with the U.S. Military Special Operations community gaining experience in SOF combat operations, tactics, combat skills, and supply chain and logistics at different levels of leadership. First Sergeant (Ret.) Hines’ assignments arrange from the 3rd Battalion75th Ranger Regiment, and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) a.k.a the “Night Stalkers”. His level of experience has led to the development and business planning for Hawkeye Logistics Group! He continues to give back to his community. He is the Founder and CEO of Mission First Training Group, LLC which provides training and security management platforms for many domestic industries within the Midwest.

He is a graduate of the USASMA Battle Staff Course, Airborne School, Jumpmaster Course, SERE (High-Level), 75th Ranger Indoctrination Program (RIP), and a Special Operations Training Course (SOTC). He holds a BA in Operations and Analysis from University of Arizona Global Campus and an MBA in Project Management from Columbia Southern University. He was awarded a Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) International Society of Logistics (SOLE) in 2022. This recognition is provided based on continuous experience and professional development. He also holds a Certification in Long-Term Care Administrator from DMACC.
