Michael Hines is a highly experienced logistics professional and retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Military Special Operations community. As the Founder and CEO of Hawkeye Logistics Group, LLC, he applies his extensive expertise in supply chain and logistics management, gained through leadership roles in SOF combat operations, tactics, and logistics. His service includes assignments with the 3rd Battalion, Special Mission Unit, 75th Ranger Regiment, and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR), also known as the “Night Stalkers.” His depth of experience has been instrumental in shaping the vision and strategic planning for Hawkeye Logistics Group.
Beyond his work in logistics, Hines remains committed to giving back to his community. He is also the Founder and CEO of Mission First Training Group, LLC, which delivers training and security management solutions for industries across the Midwest.
Hines is a graduate of the USASMA Battle Staff Course, Airborne School, Jumpmaster Course, SERE (High-Level), the 75th Ranger Indoctrination Program (RIP), and the Special Operations Training Course (SOTC). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in operations and Analysis from the University of Arizona Global Campus and an MBA in Project Management from Columbia Southern University. In 2022, he earned the prestigious Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) certification from the International Society of Logistics (SOLE), recognizing his expertise and commitment to professional development. Additionally, he holds a Long-Term Care Administrator Certification from DMACC.
